SOCASEMP INITIATIVE is an NGO with a growing vision to contribute immensely to human capacity and socio-economic development, both nationally and globally.

SOCASEMP refers to Sought-Out Cities Arts, Skill, and Empowerment Initiative. We run skill acquisition, entrepreneurial, leadership and business development training programmes that have reached and trained over 800 youths and women.

In addition to training, we provide our beneficiaries with start-up grants and help them excel in their respective skill areas.

Meet the Founder

Eunice Okoh

Founder, SOCASEMP Initiative

I am an independent Business Resource Agent and Investor. I Create, Acquire, and Manage Resources while identifying Talent, Material, and Opportunities, and investing in them. But behind all of this is a lady who has a burning desire to help people become the best version of themselves, who they are meant to be.

Activities towards skill development and meeting the entire value chain’s requirements of appropriately trained manpower, in quantity and quality, on a sustained and evolving basis. To set up platforms to help build, manage and market the growing businesses of our beneficiaries.
